We are excited to announce the release of the new version of 61850 Avenue toolset in July 2024. This new version brings several enhancements and features to improve the tool functionality and usability.

IEC 61850 client tool version 2.1.15:

• added column in Process Data View (PDV) to display the refresh method of data items,
• enhanced secure communication with TLS integration using the library v. 3.6.0,
• enables saving SSL session keys/secrets into a file,
• the toolset has been upgraded to .NET 8,
• added minor improvements and fixed detected bugs.

New column in PDV to display the refresh method of data items:

61850 ICD Editor:

• added filtering options in the LN editor,
• allows editing of the IP address and subnet mask via a dialog,
• SCL validation log placed beneath the editor window for easier access.
